You violate these Terms
We suspect fraudulent activity
Required by law or regulatory authority
For any other reason at our sole discretion

11.3 Effects of Termination

You remain liable for all amounts owed

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Negotiation

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to:

First attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations

12.2 Mediation

If negotiation fails, the parties will:

Governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda
Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Rwandan courts
Interpreted without regard to conflict of law principles

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
